I can’t even begin to explain what an awesome learning experience this weekend has been. I was able to learn how to make whole30 mayo and ranch dressing today and they are both delish! {& I don’t even like mayo}
Our breakfast this morning was a frittata with bacon, eggs kale and tomatoes with an avacado and leftover butternut squash. I’ve already learned that adding a fruit in really helps me stay sastisified for longer.
We had leftover chicken salad for lunch with cashews and an apple. (Sorry no picture :-/)
Dinner was phenomenal. Crockpot shredded chicken with salsa verde and cumin over a bed of leafy greens and fresh pico. YUM.
I am so thankful for The Kelly’s and how much they’ve taught me in the past several days. I also really appreciate each one of you for keeping up with my journey! You make the posts worthwhile 🙂
