I am a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor working just outside of Chattanooga, TN with those in recovery from opioid addiction. I am also a Whole30 Certified Coach who is in recovery from food addiction. I am a lover of coffee, healthy eating, scarves and football. I am a promoter of self-love, and FOOD FREEDOM.
