I never enjoyed exercising because I viewed it as a punishment instead of a vital way of taking care of myself. I struggled to enjoy food without feeling guilty or shameful about how much or too little I ate. Food Freedom is leaving that guilt, shame and heartache in the past, and welcoming deliberate, personal, conscious choices about how we treat our bodies. It is finding out what foods are worth it and which ones aren’t. It takes time, but if you are willing to put in the work, you can achieve it too!
