After some consideration, I will be joining my group during the September Whole30!
I often get asked why I don’t always do Whole30’s with my clients and the quickest answer is… because I don’t always need to.
But I will be the first to tell you when I do need a reset and friends, I need a reset now. And here is how I figure it out:
I always always revisit my non-scale victories and my Why’s from past Whole30’s.
This is why it is ever so important to get your Whole30 experience on paper either a blog, journal or your Day By Day book. Doesn’t have to be publicized for anyone but you!
So after some consideration + my incredibly chaotic schedule + seeing how I have slid away from some of my favorite NSV’s- I know it’s time for a full reset.

Feeling bloated and puffy
Back pain creeping back in
In my busy schedule I have shown myself grace and I’ve let good enough be good enough BUT I know it’s time to go back to what I know will make the biggest difference in my life and… it starts with food.
