Frozen Pumpkin Spice Coffee
1/2 cup chilled coffee
4 frozen coffee cubes
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup pumpkin spice nutpods
1 to 2 scoops Vital Proteins collagen peptides
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Toss all ingredients into the blender and let it go.
Have fun with it! You could add pumpkin puree to this to enhance the pumpkin flavor and create a more smoothie like texture. I just wanted mine to taste more like frozen coffee. You could also omit the banana and add more frozen coffee cubes or ice!
